The bill (Reg. No. 3456) amends Clause 61 of the Civil Procedural Code, Clause 35 of the Economic Procedural Code and Clause 72 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine to specify the conditions, when the circumstances ascertained in court decisions shall be not subject to proof.
Generally recognized matters are not subject to proof. The bill improves procedural legislation, determining circumstances not subject to proof. The People´s Deputies believe that such amendments protect the rights of individuals and legal entities from illegal infringements, prevent the use of fictitious disputes in civil, economic and administrative legal proceedings.
